When do I receive my Chibundle?

Your Chibundle will ship out approximately 2 weeks after you placed your order. We will email you tracking information when your order has shipped. Orders usually arrive anywhere from 3 to 7 days from date of shipping.

For multiple-quarter orders: After your first Chibundle, your succeeding orders will arrive every 3rd week of the 1st month of each season (i.e. March for Spring, June for Summer, September for Fall, December for Winter).

When do I get billed?

For initial and one-time orders:

  • Your first and/or one-time billing will be charged upon purchase.

For multiple-quarter orders:

  • If you chose to pay every quarter, succeeding billings will be charged on the 15th of the last month of each season (i.e. May for Spring, August for Summer, November for Fall, February for Winter). For example, if your initial charge upon subscription was on November 8th, your next charge will be on February 15th.
  • If you chose to pay every year, succeeding billings will be charged on the 15th of the same month you subscribed. For example, if you first subscribed in November and receive your first Chibundle in December,  your next annual charge will be on November 15th of the following year. 
How do I order my Chibundle?

Please navigate to our homepage, www.chibundle.com, and select your subscription. You will be prompted to create a customer account if you don't already have one. Enter your personal, shipping and billing information, select your order, verify the total amount to be paid then confirm your order. Note that only one shipping address can be used per order, so if you would like to place multiple shipments to different addresses, you will have to place separate orders. 

What will I find in my Chibundle?

Each Chibundle contains 5 to 6 exciting packaged snacks and/or pantry items, product information cards and a collectible gift item featuring a Filipino artwork. At the beginning of each quarter, we will announce our new box theme and the items included in the upcoming box on our website, so make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to see which goodies you will be receiving next! 

Can I choose which snacks I receive in my Chibundle?

Due to limited inventory supply, we currently do not offer the option to customize Chibundles. Each quarter’s box is thoughtfully curated by us according to a theme.

Can I order a Chibundle subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! A Chibundle makes a perfect gift for any food lover. Simply navigate to our site's order page to see available "Gift-a-Chibundle" options, place your order and input the recipient’s address as the shipping address. Note that only one shipping address can be used per order, so if you would like to place multiple shipments to different addresses, you will have to place separate orders.

I have received my first Chibundle, what next?

How do I revisit my orders?

You can revisit your order details by logging into your user account and clicking on the order number of the transaction you would like to check.

How do I change my shipping and billing information?

You can change your billing information by logging into your user account. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us here or email us at mabuhay@chibundle.com. 

How do I change my subscription plan?

If you would like to change your subscription plan, you will have to cancel your current plan and resubscribe to the new plan that you want to purchase. You can cancel your subscription by contacting us here or emailing us at mabuhay@chibundle.com at least two business days before your next billing schedule.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can skip upcoming orders in your subscription by logging into your user account and clicking on "Manage Subscriptions". In the Order Schedule page, you will see an option to "skip" particular transactions under the "Actions" column.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us here or emailing us at mabuhay@chibundle.com at least two business days before your next billing schedule.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?
For food safety reasons we are unable to accept any returns once the box has left our warehouse. If you are unsatisfied with your box for any reason please contact us here or email us at mabuhay@chibundle.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
If you cancel your subscription after the order cut off (i.e. two business days before your next billing date), your cancellation will be taken into account after you have received your box and no refund will be provided for that term.
For Annual Subscriptions, you will be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. If a promotion was availed through the said Annual Subscription, the cost of such promotion shall be deducted from your total refund amount.
For gift boxes (i.e. Gift-A-Chibundle), orders will not be renewed after the then-current term expires. You cannot cancel a One Quarter Gift order and the pre-paid fee is non-refundable. You may cancel a One Year Gift and you will be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period, however, if a promotion was availed through the said One Year Gift, the cost of such promotion shall be deducted from your total refund amount.
I have an awesome product, how can I get it in a Chibundle?

 I want to review or write a blog about Chibundle. What do I do?

A product arrived in poor condition, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear this. Please contact us here or email us at mabuhay@chibundle.com along with a photo of the product and we will send you a replacement.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payments need to be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Are my card details authorized?

Upon registering, restarting regular deliveries, reactivating your account or changing card details, a small payment may be taken from your card in order to authorize it and prevent fraud. This payment will be immediately voided, but some banks may temporarily reflect these against your account balance.

Do you deliver to all areas of the US?

Currently our courier service is only available for residents in the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 plus Washington DC). This area does not include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.
