When do I receive my Chibundle?
Your Chibundle will ship out within approximately 2 weeks after you placed your order. We will email you tracking information when your order has shipped. Orders usually arrive anywhere from 3 to 7 days from the date of shipping, depending on the type of shipping option selected.
When do I get billed?
You will be charged upon purchase confirmation. You shall receive an email confirmation of your order if the payment successfully went through.
How do I order my Chibundle?
- Please navigate to our homepage, www.chibundle.com, and select your desired products. You can also toggle the side menu to shop from all available Chibundles.
- You will then be prompted to create a customer account if you don't already have one.
- Next, enter your personal, shipping and billing information. If you are not eligible for free shipping, choose your preferred shipping method.
- Verify your order and the total amount to be paid then confirm your order to finalize the purchase.
(Note that only one shipping address can be used per order, so if you would like to send multiple Chibundles going to different addresses, you will have to place separate orders.)
What will I find in my Chibundle?
Each curated Chibundle Gift Box contains 5 to 6 different specialty food items, product information cards and a gift item featuring artwork from a Filipino artist.
Each Chibundle multi-pack contains multiples of the same type of specialty food item. This Chibundle also contains the corresponding product information cards. The number of the products in the box and its pricing vary per product type.
Can I choose which snacks I receive in my Chibundle?
At the moment, we do not offer customized Chibundles. But you can still choose from a variety of Chibundles we offer; from ones already curated for you or multi-packs to stock up on your favorite products.
Can I have a Chibundle delivered directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's name and their shipping address in the shipping information fields before checkout.
(Note that only one shipping address can be used per order, so if you would like to place multiple shipments to different addresses, you will have to place separate orders.)

How do I revisit my orders?
You can revisit your order details by logging into your user account and clicking on the order number of the transaction you would like to check.
How do I change my shipping and billing information?
You can change your shipping information by logging into your user account and select “View Addresses”, in which you can edit or add addresses. We do not keep your billing information. For any concerns about either of these matters, please email us at email@example.com
A product arrived in poor condition, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear this. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with photos of the product and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We appreciate the details you share with us about incidents like this to help improve our service and operations.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns once the box has left our warehouse. If you are unsatisfied with your box for any reason, please contact us here or email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
